    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

  • How Sessions Work

    Sessions are in person or online at a time that suits you. I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults. Counselling is usually short-term and focuses on solving immediate problems. Psychotherapy goes deeper, is often longer-term, and also increases self-awareness and personal growth.

  • What to expect

    I draw on psychodynamic and attachment ideas, mindfulness, and Soul Integration TM.. I respect all approaches but work in a relational, humanistic, and existential way. I focus less on medical, behavioral, or diagnostic methods and use a Rogerian (person-centered) approach.
